Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM by picking up the keys at a nearby shop. Stay connected with ultra-fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi – perfect for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.

Property Details:
This 145-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The apartment features three bedrooms, with one street-facing bedroom furnished with a double-size bed and a superior quality mattress, while the other two overlook the peaceful courtyard. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat features two full bathrooms, both accessible via hallways—one equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, while the second includes a shower and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 35 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

House Rules and Policies

Please note for reservations valued over €3000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.

Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.

Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: €120
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.

Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.

Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.
