Welcome to my apartment! My recently renovated and bright 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 7th district, the heart of the French capital!
Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday resort for your family holidays in Paris.
The Space:
Welcome to this 110m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
This apartment is divided into two individual units that can be separated from each other, ideal for groups of friends and families that want to stay together but enjoy some privacy. Each features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen.
The apartment fits up to 10 guests and is divided into two units as follows:
Exterior unit:
- Dinning area and open kitchen
- Living room: double sofa bed
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
- 2 showers and sink + 1 separate WC
Patio unit:
- Dinning area and open kitchen
- Living room: double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed
- 1 shower and sink + 1 separate WC
Some special features:
- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet interior garden
- Two apartments in one! Ideal for privacy and for big groups
- Spacious dinning area with an open layout to a well equipped kitchen in both apartments
- Fans provided in every bedroom
- All bedrooms and common areas are exterior and with plenty of natural light, windows are insulated so enjoy a great night sleep!
- Laptop friendly workspace with natural light, ideal for working remotely!
- 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets (each of them separate)
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.
- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!
The Neighborhood:
This is an ideal location for tourists as it is surrounded by major tourist destinations, such as Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Luxembourg Gardens. Le Bon Marché, the first department store in the world, and Hospital Necker, are located along the same street as the apartment. Very close to three Metro stations: Duroc (150m), Vanuea (210m), and Falguière (450m). Gare Montparnasse is 1km. away.

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. Taxe de séjour PARIS
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
