Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 8th arrondissement with this chic 3-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this chic 100 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue du Colisée in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. The apartment has two shower rooms.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 8th arrondissement is one of Paris’s grandest addresses, home to the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and some of the city’s finest hotels, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighbourhood has a business-meets-elegance feel — the streets are broad and majestic, and the area is immaculately maintained. Parc Monceau is a lovely green escape nearby, and excellent metro connections make the rest of the city easily accessible.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). Great location and the apartment was as described. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay and during.Negatives: no toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, or trash bags at all. The host offered to reimburse us for the cost of buying them but still, we had to go out of our way to get them.

This location is a 10 minute walk to Avenue des Champs Élysées and conveniently located to the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and Louvre. There are many cafes nearby and a grocery store too. It was nice to have the extra room for a family of five. Mom, Dad and two small boys stayed on one side of the apartment with a bathroom. I had my own bedroom and bathroom on the other. The kitchen was well supplied to cook breakfast or a small dinner. Communication was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location, we loved our stay!

The apartment has a great location, right in the center and in a nice, quiet area. It was perfect for sightseeing. There are lots of good restaurants just a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris. The location was absolutely fantastic—perfectly situated for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself was beautifully spacious, which is such a luxury in Paris, and provided a comfortable, relaxing home base after long days of sightseeing.We especially appreciated having access to a washer, which made our stay much more convenient and allowed us to travel lighter.The only small thing that would have made the experience even better would have been a few of the thoughtful amenities many travelers are accustomed to finding, such as hand soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies. These are minor details, however, and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay.Overall, we would happily recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Paris.

Some of the spices that are stored in plastic bags had a pungent smell, especially in the cupboard close to the window. would be nice to have proper pillows on the beds. an easy and cheap fix at ikea. otherwise location and rooms were all very good. Easy walk to most key venues

Great location. When we arrived 30 minutes after 3pm check in time the cleaning crew was there. The apartment was not ready. No sheets on beds, trash still everywhere. It took them at least another hour to complete the cleaning. When they left I realized they didn’t leave any toilet paper. Communication thru VRBO was fast. They offered to refund us for buying ourselves some toilet paper. The kettle was broken and boiling water started to spill out everywhere. Almost burned myself. Be aware there is no air conditioning! I missed that information on the listing. In July the apartment was an oven with 3 very weak pedestal fans. Very very hot in the unit. Weak internet. Spacious apartment except for the extra tiny master bathroom. Never seen bathroom sinks so tiny.

Great stay! The location was amazing, and the unit was clean and spacious for our group. We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location couldn’t be better as it's just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées, but still in a quiet area, which made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our big group. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and we really appreciated the proximity to cafes and bakeries. The host was very helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and even guided us on how to use the appliances. The area is very walkable and well-connected, with the metro just around the corner, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. It’s a safe and lively neighborhood but without the noise of being directly on a busy street. We’d definitely come back!

Our first experience was tainted by the horrible check-in process on one of the hottest days on record. There were no keys available to enter the unit for hours with multiple messages back and forth. we were led on a wild goose chase to locate the keys, which were not located at the lockbox several blocks away. It took several hours to gain access and we lost a full afternoon and evening of Paris activity. The family had a six year old with us. When we asked for just a one hour extension of the checkout time from 10 to 11 the request was declined. There were also some physical shortcomings in the unit, such as lamps not working in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. There were two cribs and high chairs which took up space in the unit and were clearly not needed nor requested . Water was turned off without notice for a short period of time on the day some of us were departing. When we laundered some of the linens we discovered that the mattress cover and pillows had very noticeable stains. On the up side, the unit was close to amenities and transportation. We wish the management company that operates the unit would have been more accommodating especially after acknowledging the issues .

Amazing!

Absolutely incredible location in Paris. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Great place for a family with little ones. Though we didn’t need them, there are two cribs, two high chairs, and lots of space!

Our stay was good, location was very convenient. For the most part pictures were accurate. A few things that would make it better would be wine glasses, more toiletries, upgrade some of the furniture and a new coffee maker. The Syrian restaurant right below was very good and a convenient spot to wait before check in or use for take out on a tiring day. Lots of grocery and convenient stores near by and lots of shopping and cafe's.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, with great cafés, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. Honest review, this place has a lot of potential! It is great space with two full bathrooms in a nice area. However, there was such an AWFUL smell in the kitchen, making that entire space unusable. The smell was worst in the fridge, making it completely unusable though we did not know that until we had already bought groceries and went to put them away. I did reach out immediately however there was no remedy and we went all four nights without a usable fridge and no willingness to discount our stay. Also, it should be noted that the location to pick up the keys is the nearby grocery. The address given actually matches a few buildings so it did take a little effort to figure out exactly where to get the keys. Slightly more direction in the instructions would be 1000% helpful. Also, there IS baby cribs in two bedrooms and two highchairs in the dining area. Another review stated the same and then the host said they were only there when requested, but we did NOT request and the crib took up a lot of space in one bedroom in particular. As noted in another review there is a night club right outside the one streetside bedroom and it can be VERY loud a few nights of the week. My final issue, this is the only VRBO I have ever been required to pay a LARGE deposit upfront and it was not refunded until exactly two weeks post check out.
