Complete with air conditioning throughout, these areas provide comfort and convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's delight, equipped with all the essentials for creating delicious meals. From a fan oven and electric hob to a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, no detail has been overlooked. Adjacent to the kitchen, a laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Each area of the villa, including the separate apartment, is fully air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The main villa comprises two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, with three boasting private bathrooms and the fourth having access to a bathroom adjacent to the living area.
