Ambient lighting throughout includes large dimmable bulbs and remote-controlled LED candles, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

A serene minimalist sanctuary with:

BEACHES
Walk to Meia Praia (5km of golden sand) or nearby Batata Beach in minutes.
Beach towels and beach umbrella are provided.

POOL & GYM
As a Resident of the Marina de Lagos development guests are allowed to use the Marina Club Spa and Wellness facilities which include: an outdoor and indoor pool with the use of a sun lounger, a gym, sauna and spa treatments.

Please note that the access comes with additional fees.

The tidal saltwater lagoon outside your windows is chemical-free, and managed for environmental balance with algae growing seasonally and birds enjoying the space.

A FEW HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets
- No parties
- No wipes or pads in the toilet
- Please don’t sit or cut on the kitchen island
- Please don't put cutting boards and knives in the dishwasher

We can’t wait to welcome you to this peaceful corner of the Algarve.
Guest access
You can access the building either through the main entrance by the road or via the underground garage gate using the remote provided with your set of keys.

Please note that the entry code is reserved for residents only. For security reasons and in accordance with the condominium’s policy and our house rules, guests are not permitted to use the entry code.

To reach the garage from the apartment, simply take the lift and press the -1 button — it will take you directly to the garage.

*** NOISE
Marina de Lagos is located within the town, you may hear distant car sounds when the balcony doors are open. However, the double-glazed doors and windows ensure that the apartment remains quiet when they are closed.

The area around the lake attracts various bird species. You can watch the majestic black and white Storks gliding overhead and hear the seagulls chatting.

*** TIDAL SALTWATER LAGOON
The tidal saltwater lagoon outside the apartment is completely natural, filled with salty ocean waters (you can watch the tides flow in and out). This effectively prevents mosquito breeding. Depending on the season and humidity levels, natural algae may grow temporarily. The Marina management prioritises environmental consciousness and refrains from using chemicals to remove the algae. Instead, they test and monitor the algae naturally.

No need to strip the beds or do anything, we’ll take care of everything.

Please just place all towels in the bath, switch off all lights and both A/C units, leave the keys and garage remote in the kitchen and close the door.
