First visit to Swansea had a lovely time, shame about the apartment as we entered the room found cigarette ash on the floor, sink blocked and shower would not drain away phoned up the hosts straight away just after entering the room at 4pm on the Saturday said they would send maintenance team but we had arranged to meet friends that evening to then receive a call around 8pm saying the maintenance team were there but couldn't get in as they didn't have spare keys!!! Was told they would come back the following morning to sort the problem, in the meantime when we got home the toilet was overflowing aswell, no one showed up the next morning either, my wife and I had to go to a local coffee shop and purchase drinks to use the toilet which we shouldn't of had to do, a total disgrace, spent Sunday afternoon sending pictures of the blocked sink,shower, and toilet to the hosts and a couple of phonecalls to be finally told Sunday evening as it was bank holiday weekend they would not be able to sort out the problem. So Monday morning back to the coffee shop to use their facilities once again, was told I would be refunded for one nights stay even though we had booked for 2 nights and nothing in the bathroom was working properly from the moment we got in there, I received 75% of one nights stay out of the 2 nights, very disappointed and also it's a good job myself and my wife didn't fall ill with a sickness or stomach bug during our stay.
