The Pink House - chic holiday cottage in the heart of Eastbourne
The Pink House is set in the stylish Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne - with a wealth of independent bars, restaurants and boutique shops on your doorstep.
Eastbourne's centre and train station are also just a few minutes walk away, and the beach and theatres a mere 10 minutes stroll - so this is a great choice for travellers without a car.
This charming cottage is part of a colourful row of terraced houses in the heart of Eastbourne. It sleeps up to four across one king size and one twin room. Great for families - or friends wanting to be near the action.
The ground floor lounge overlooks the front street and boasts two sofas, a smart TV, plus some games and books for entertainment.
The spacious dining kitchen is to the rear and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. There is a gas hob, electric oven, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
A door from the kitchen leads into a conservatory area, with washing machine and utility supplies at one side, and a door leading to the downstairs WC at the other. Doors from the conservatory open to your private patio garden, complete with outdoor dining set and a garden bench perfect for book lovers.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, two double fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. The twin room also has a fitted wardrobe.
There is also a handy desk area set up in the upper hallway, so if you do need to catch up on emails, you have a peaceful spot away from the main living areas. WiFi is complimentary.
The shower room is recently renovated and includes a walk in shower. All linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels).
Everything is within an easy walk, but if you do bring a car, we can provide daily permits that allow you to park on street (ask us for details/price).

Little Chelsea is a vibrant part of Eastbourne with a unique blend of bars, cafes, restaurants and interesting boutique shops. Great to wander for a browse!
You've also the main town centre just a few minutes walk away, plus the beach is only 10 minutes stroll. A great spot for someone without a vehicle wanting everything on their doorstep.
