The Perch is a contemporary studio offering the perfect escape to the coast, boasting spectacular views of the sea and beach, with a private pathway providing direct access to Baby Bay Beach. This charming property is nestled above the beautiful Baby Bay beach in New Polzeath and features a private terrace to compliment the stunning views.
The Perch guests are welcomed into a beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out open-plan studio that maximises both space and comfort. The living space features a comfortable area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The space is light and airy, thanks to the large windows that frame the spectacular views of Baby Bay beach and the surrounding cliffs. Whether relaxing inside or outside on the private terrace, the beauty of the surroundings are never far away. The sleeping arrangements are versatile, with a super-king bed, which can also be configured as two singles for flexibility. For additional sleeping space, an extra single Z-bed is available for a child.
The kitchenette is designed for convenience, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. It includes a full-sized fridge, a slimline dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (please bring your own Vertuo capsules). The studio is equipped with all the necessary tools and crockery, making it ideal for self-catering during your stay. The wet room is a highlight of the property, offering a spacious and stylish feel; with high-end fixtures and fittings, the wet room is designed for ease and relaxation. The rainfall shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day spent at the beach and the stylish tiling adds to the sense of luxury.
There are shared gardens available for guests to use, along with a built-in barbecue station situated in 'The Crescent' on the lawn outside The Perch. There is a dining table and chairs for eight guests, equipped with cooking tools, and is shared with the adjacent property, Rockside Studio. The Perch perfectly balances modern amenities with the natural beauty of its coastal setting. It's an ideal retreat for those seeking both relaxation and adventure, with every detail carefully considered to enhance your comfort.
