Escape to this cosy rural house in Alhaurín el Grande, perfect for families who love the countryside and tranquillity. With capacity for 5 people, this 80 m² accommodation offers a natural environment surrounded by mountains and pure air, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the silence. The house features a private elevated and fenced swimming pool, guaranteeing the safety of the little ones whilst they have fun in the sun. Additionally, a spacious porch with outdoor furniture invites you to share moments and meals in the open air.



The interior is warm and functional, with a cosy living-dining room connected to an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven and all the utensils you need to feel at home. The wood-burning stove adds a special touch for cooler evenings. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a shower tray and washing machine. All rooms have external windows that provide natural light and ventilation, as well as space for luggage.



Access is via an irregular rural road and a secondary road with a slope, so the use of sports cars or those with low suspension is not recommended. The location is strategic for exploring the area, with multiple points of interest within less than 30 km: golf courses, natural parks, sandy and rocky beaches, train and bus stations, and various nearby towns such as Málaga, Marbella or Coín.

📌 Booking Conditions

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Small pets are allowed, weighing less than 4kg, upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of any water restrictions imposed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid upon check-in.
