Beach Road leads you approximately one mile to the area known as Hemsby Beach, with a variety of cafés, restaurants and takeaways, various amusement arcades, children's funfair rides, and traditional seaside shops. The beach has miles of golden sandy coastline edged with dunes. Just 7 miles' drive and you arrive in Great Yarmouth, with beautiful sandy beaches and a mile-long promenade which you can enjoy in a horse and carriage, a charming quayside, pier with entertainment, indoor and outdoor attractions, museums, gardens, restaurants and fast food outlets.
