The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a television, heating, as well as a washing machine. A crib for babies is also available. Access to the outside with loungers for relaxation and a barbecue with an outdoor dining area. Central area with easy access to all amenities.
The holiday home includes a private open terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is located within walking distance of a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, and public transport links. Furthermore, the city center (15 minutes on foot) offers wineries and several other restaurants and bars, including Tik Tapas and Tik-Tak. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Air conditioning is not available, smoking is not permitted, and events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 PM.

These prices also include the cleaning of the apartment done before check-in, but during the stay, cleaning will be the responsibility of the guest.Dear customer, please note that from January 1, 2019, a municipal tourist tax of 2.40 EUR per person will be charged from May 1 to October 31, and 1.20 EUR per person from November 1 to April 30, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid at check-in.
