アパートは2階建てです。
1階には、3つのベッドルーム、2つのトイレ、リビングとダイニングルーム、暖炉、設備の整ったキッチン、大きなバルコニーがあります。
リビングルームからはダイニングテーブル付きの素晴らしいバルコニーにアクセスでき、素晴らしい海の景色とユニークな夕日を楽しむことができます。

Great spot to stay at. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Ericeira center and has access to a beach very close by. Views are great and the space was functional and great.

stunning views

What an awesome place, view, and location. Carlos was fantastic about communication and teaching us about the area. The waves were super fun but you need a wetsuit. Water is a bit cold but with the warm weather it was refreshing. You can walk everywhere and the town was so quaint and beautiful. No A/C in the house but there is a constant breeze and the air is cool at night. We went in the summer. We would come again and stay longer. :)

Great apartment to explore Ericeira

Lovely apartment that was perfect for our stay in Ericiera. The apartment itself had everything we could want, was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. A slight disappointment, but not one that spoilt the holiday, were the external areas. Although very clean, the public areas were very tired and in need of some TLC. The pool itself was clean however the access was via a broken door through garage and the pool area has no seating or loungers to spend any time there to relax. The furniture on the top terrace in the apartment was also tired and in need of replacing. Carlos, the owner/manager was very helpful and hospitable, telling us all about the town and area. Overall, a great stay and the area is somewhere we would love to return to one day.

Superbe emplacement

Superbe appartement. Bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur l ocean. Proprietaire disponible. Piscine copropriétée agréable. Acces à la plage moins de 15 min à pied. Acces centre ville 20 min a pied. Possibilité de prendre transport en commun (arret de bus en face). Ericeira est une superbe ville.

Fantastic Apartment and Hosts

We had a fantastic time, staying with 5 friends for a week holiday. The apartment is clean and spacious and with two balconies there was lots of space to enjoy the fine weather. The apartment is about 5 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minutes to town. The apartment is well equipped with everything you may need. Carlos was welcoming and responded quickly when we needed a hand! I can't recommend enough, we would love to visit again.

Schöne Wohnung, Top-Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Schnitt der Wohnung erlaubt es, dass auch bei Vollbelegung jeder die Möglichkeit hat, sich zurück zu ziehen. Großer Kühlschrank und recht gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die Aussicht von Balkon und Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll. Die Dachterrasse lädt auch dazu ein, dort einfach mal einen Nachmittag zu verbummeln und sich zwischendurch im Pool abzukühlen. Schade war nur, dass Dachterrasse und Balkon im Gegensatz zur sonstigen Wohnung überhaupt nicht gereinigt waren. Sie sahen aus, als sei dort seit Monaten nicht mehr richtig geputzt worden. Überall Sand, Schmutz und Flecken auf dem Boden. Einmal drüber gelaufen und man hatte pechschwarze Füße. Auch die Polster der Terrassenmöbel waren hart an der Grenze zum Unappetitlichen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima. Man kann das Zentrum von Ericeira und diverse schöne Strände gut fußläufig erreichen. Darüberhinaus fährt der Beachbus direkt vor der Tür ab. Man muss sich aber klar sein, dass man in einem Appartmentkomplex umgegeben von vielen anderen Appartmentkomplexen wohnt. Die Nachbarn schauen einem auf Terrasse, Balkon und in die Fenster und anders herum. Es ist auch recht hellhörig. Man hört Nachbarn und den Straßenverkehr und die Pullpumpe ächzt mehrere Stunden am Tag. Wobei das mit dem Straßenverkehr uns im Vorhinein aufgrund anderer Bewertungen bewusst war. Ericeira ist ein Ferienort im besten Sinne. Sehr ansprechendes Stadtbild, viele nette Restaurants und Cafes, schöne Läden, ein angenehmes Publik. Insgesamt eine schöne Atmosphäre. Aber: In dieser Ecke von Portugal hängt gerne mal der Nebel vom Meer fest. Es reißt häufig erst nachmittags auf. Wir haben tatsächlich im August eine Woche die Sonne und ein paar Tage das Meer nicht gesehen. Man muss allerdings nur ein paar Kilometer fahren, dann hat man wieder schönes Wetter. Wir haben aber unseren Aufenthalt sowohl in der Wohnung als auch in Ericeira trotz der o.g. Einschränkungen in jedem Fall genossen und hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit.

Great stay

Apartment was everything we needed, easy stroll to two very good beaches and into town in the evening for food and drink. The pool was good and quiet and parking in the building an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief super und sehr unkompliziert. Auch während des Aufenthalts kamen wir schnell in Kontakt und haben für alles eine gute Lösung gefunden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Der Weg nach Ericeira und zu den Stränden ist gut zu Fuss machbar. Einzig die Straße und die Geräusche der Autos waren beim tollen Sonnenuntergang störend. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!! Danke Carlos und Familie

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Blick aus Meer

Saubere, große und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen mit Meerblick. Ins Zentrum von Ericeira sind es 10 min zu Fuß- die Straße führt direkt am Haus vorbei.

Big apartment

Apartment on walking distance of the beach. Walk to the centre of Ericeira only 15 minutes. However the apartment has a very busy road in front of the house which gives a lot of noise. Also the apartment complex is very noisy, unfortunately you hear your neighbours during the night. The apartment is big and for families en there is a swimming pool. Ericeira is a nice and lively place.

Nice cozy apartment for your holidays

We had a great time at this property and apart from the pool not being properly clean (filtered?) and some noise from neighbours, there is nothing to complain. The property is nicely located with sea views and you can even hear the breaking waves at times. We highly recommend this host and property.

Trips in Ericeira

Good spatious house with a nice view right next to the village of Ericeira. The owners are really nice and gave us tips about restaurants and beaches in the zone.

Very very satisfied

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by both Carlos and Maria. They gave not only the necessary condo information but also tourist information (sites to see : info on restaurants etc...) but also a lovely welcome basket with wine, jam, bread and coffee ! We greatly appreciated their hospitality! The condo surpassed our expectations! The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was large, the upstairs lounge was comfortable and the views from the 3 balconies were amazing. Indoor parking was an added bonus .... but there is also lots of free outdoor parking. Large grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. YES we would come back !

Beautiful flat with a great ocean view

The flat is really beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. Only few minutes to the center of Ericeira, the bus stop in front of the house. Check in and communication with Carlos and Conceicao was really easy and reliable. We absolutely recommend the flat.

Super Appartement in Ericeira

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Ericeira. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war in hervorragendem Zustand mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer von den beiden Balkonen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung liess nichts zu wünschen übrig und entsprach der Anzeige im Buchungsportal. Sehr gute Lage, fussläufig zu den Stränden und zu den Restaurants in Ericeira. Sehr positiv auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der Pool und die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Fantastische Zeit gehabt!

Das Appartment war sehr ordentlich, sauber und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir waren dort zu sieben und es war fantastisch. Der Ort ist gut erreichbar in 7-10 Gehminuten. Supermärkte gibt es einige und sind mit dem Auto in 5-8min erreichbar. Strände sind sowohl fussläufig in bis zu 10min erreichbar aber auch max 10min mit dem Auto zu den etwas weiteren zu gelangen.

Good apartment for family without car

Very enjoyable stay. Apartment very clean and well located for beach, town and beach bus. Nice welcome from Carlos with some bread, wine and coffee and beach bus timetable and other helpful info. Suggestions. More seating at TV . Provide gas barbecue and sun loungers on-spacious balcony Provide oven glove in kitchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe von Ericeira

Sehr netter Empfang von der Vermieterin mit Geschenken wie Wein, Brot, Kaffee und Honig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, idealerweise für sechs Personen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Der Pool wurde von uns wenig genutzt, der Zugang zum Pool erfolgt über die Tiefgarage. Lobenswert ist, dass nach einer Woche eine Putzkolonne die Wohnung säubert. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Danke!

Beautiful Ericiera

We loved the apartment! It was spacious and there were 8 of us! It was clean and the owners started us with fresh baked bread and wine. The views from the two balconies were stunning with views of the ocean. The walk to town was perfect as well. We would stay here again.
