Beside the pool is a rustic, covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, TV, and a large wooden dining table with benches—perfect for relaxing barbecues together. The outdoor space also includes seating areas and recreational activities like table tennis, entertaining for all ages.

Inside, the spacious living room welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa set and a flat-screen TV. In each of the surrounding villages, you\'ll find charming restaurants serving regional specialties.
A visit to nearby Vodnjan is doubly worthwhile: In addition to a supermarket, you can also visit the imposing Church of St. Blaise, where three mummies of holy figures are kept – a fascinating testament to history.

Culture vultures can enjoy excursions to the romantic old towns of Bale, Rovinj, and Poreč. Particularly impressive is the city of Pula with its famous Roman amphitheater, where international artists regularly perform open-air concerts – an unforgettable experience.
