5-star villa Sofia is located in Stepancici, a place surrounded by nature. It offers a private garden with swimming pool, children's playground and BBQ grill. All three bedrooms have their en suite bathrooms, and there is also one separate bathroom with toilet and a washing machine.

Every bedroom has its own air conditioning device.

Villa Sofia can accommodate 6 people in total. Baby cot and highchair are available per your request.

A wonderful roofed terrace with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill is a perfect spot to hide from the mid-day sun and enjoy the fresh summer breeze.



Free private parking is available on site.

Villa Sofia is pet-friendly, and pets are allowed with further notice. If you are bringing pets, the pet fee of 7 EUR per night per pet is paid in cash upon arrival.

Damage deposit of 300 EUR is paid in cash upon arrival, and the hosts will return it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

Stepancici are 2 km away from Nedescina.

Nedescina is located in an area with a lot of greenery, forrests and grassy landscapes.

It is a smaller place, but since it's a municipality center, it has a post office, bank, few restaurants, bars, markets and bakeries.

It's 7 km away from Labin, and 12 km away from Rabac, which has a few beaches very suitable for families with children because of its contents (Girandella).

Nedescina has an old castle (19th century) surrounded by a park with a lot of plant species.

Airport (PUY) is 44 km away.

Scuba center is located in Sv. Marina (16 km away).

This area is characteristic for a lot of wine roads.

we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Villa a lot, everything is just as described. its very private and well equiped. the pool and the terrasse are the highlight and we spent very nice hours there chilling and grilling. the rooms are clean and beautiful, the extra bathrooms give a lot of privacy even while traveling with friends. the owner is a lovely person who was so helpful and flexible all the time, a true sweetheart. if you search for a private estate while exploring istria, this is your catch!
