Casa Manola is a delightful apartment on the third floor of a residence in San Siro, just a few meters from the lakefront. The view from the windows and balconies is breathtaking: you will immediately fall in love with Lake Como as soon as you enter this house!



Furthermore, you just need to leave the apartment to find yourself directly on the lake shore, and walking less than 100 meters you will find yourself directly on the beach! Here you will also find a public area equipped with picnic tables and barbecues at your complete disposal.



Within about 200 meters you can find all the services you need (grocery store, bars, restaurants).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternating it with days of complete relax, admiring the view directly from the windows and balconies or relaxing on the beach nearby.



The balcony in the living area is small and very characteristic, it is equipped with a coffee table with two chairs so that you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif while enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves.



The house is located on a secondary road with very little traffic, so the lake will be the only noise you hear!



The accommodation is very particular and furnished with great style, in every room you will find numerous design elements that make this apartment unique!



The apartment has a complete kitchen with induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and all kitchen utensils as well as plates and glasses;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a TV.



The master bedroom has a queen bed. It also has a small balcony equipped with table and chairs, that directly overlooks the lake.



The second bedroom has a French bed and also has a small balcony with a beautiful view of the lake.



There are two bathrooms and both are complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.



In the hallway you find a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The house is equipped with WIFI.



The apartment does not have a private parking space but right under the house there are several condominium spaces, and if you don't find spaces there you can still find several public car parks a few hundred meters away.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
