Villa David is a ground floor apartment in a two-family house in Stazzona. It is just 1.5 km from the lake, and due to its location it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road and the town center.
Despite being in a very quiet location, within a radius of just 2 km you can find all the services you will need during your vacation (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier, petrol station).
You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go, discovering every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the terrace and enjoying the view!
The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle;
To complete the living area we find a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV.
The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe.
The house has two bathrooms: the main one with double sink, shower, whirlpool bath, toilet and bidet; the second one with sink, toilet and washing machine.
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and you can park your car inside the property, a few meters from the entrance of the apartment.
