Above Peglio, in the hamlet Bodone 12 km from the centre of Gravedona, 60 km from the centre of Como, 64 km from the centre of Lecco, in an elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property (fenced) with meadow. 5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 13 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Como" 60 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 39 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Parco Valle Albano, Lake Como Adventure Park, Gravedona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte la Motta, Monte Duria, Alpe Paregna.

Beautiful stay and beautiful view!

Wonderful stay. The home is quite a ways up the mountain but when you get there, it has a beautiful view of the lake and is very peaceful. For anyone looking for a peaceful place in beautiful nature, this is a great place for you! Also, Claudio was very accommodating and helpful while we were there. He was very easy to work with and kind.

Great place!

We had a very pleasant time in the cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a delicious bottle of wine. The cottage is equipped with all comforts. The surroundings and the view are beautiful and there are several hiking trails available directly from the cottage. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Recommended is the Pizzeria St. Anna in Livo where we have eaten several times. The only thing missing were a few small things in the kitchen, such as a wooden one spatula, a sponge, dish soap and a few tea towels. We have purchased these things ourselves and left them in the cottage (except for the tea towels) so that new guests can use them. We absolutely recommend this place if you like tranquility, altitude and hiking.

Ruhe und Erholung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön. Das Schlafzimmer ist eine Etage höher und man muss über eine enge Wendeltreppe hoch. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es fehlt nur ein Abtropfgestell für Geschirr. Man kann draußen auf der Terrasse und im Garten sitzen. Herrliche Bergwiesen und wunderschöner Blick ins Tal und auf den See. Die Straße nach oben ist wirklich schlecht, teilweise tiefe Schlaglöcher, was vor allem in den engen Kurven. Viele Serpentinen. Sie soll 2023 renoviert werden.

Urlaub in den Bergen

Eine sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Der Kamin war perfekt. Heizung funktionierte ebenfalls tadellos. Sehr sauber und typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Die Küche war nahezu komplett ausgestattet. Reinigungsutensilien waren jedoch nicht vorhanden. Die tägliche Fahrt an den See und zurück ist etwas umständlich, da die Straße zur Unterkunft sehr eng und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand ist. Alles in Allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Amazing accommodation with bea...

Amazing accommodation with beautiful views. perfect for dogs as the garden is enclosed. The accommodation has everything you need. Lovely owners who speak English and dutch. Need a car as right at the top of a mountain. Nice restaurant not far from the accommodation called Zertin the food is lovely. Traveller tips: Hire a boat. it is well worth it. All the restaurants are amazing our favorite place was Domaso not far away. There is a nice beach area by the hostel for you to relax by the lake.
