Just a few steps from the sea and in the heart of the charming Puerto de Pollença, this beautiful holiday home is the perfect retreat for up to 8 people looking to combine comfort, relaxation and the essence of the Mediterranean.
The exterior of the house offers a spacious and furnished area with 4 sun loungers where you can enjoy the good Mallorcan climate to the full. The paved terrace also has a furnished porch that invites you to enjoy a long time in the open air and a fixed barbecue that will turn any meal into a perfect summer experience. Outside there is also a shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

Moving inside the house, distributed over two floors, it offers all the comforts for a more than pleasant stay. It has a bright living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and sofas where you can enjoy an evening of films together thanks to the Smart TV. The kitchen is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. To finish the ground floor you have the first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobes, and the first bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find the rest of the bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to a balcony and the other two bedrooms with two single beds. In the corridor of this floor there is an air conditioner that cools the rooms. If you are travelling with a baby you will be offered a cot and high chair. Finally, on this floor you will also find the second bathroom with bathtub. You will be able to make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board available in the house.

Puerto de Pollença is one of the most desirable destinations in the north of Mallorca. Its promenade, lined with palm trees, cafés and local shops, is ideal for a stroll at sunset. With calm beaches, a family atmosphere and a wide range of nautical activities, this picturesque coastal village offers the perfect balance between relaxation, nature and local life. Just a few minutes' drive away is the town of Pollença. Strolling through its cobbled streets, visiting its weekly market or climbing the 365 steps of the Calvari for breathtaking views, are experiences not to be missed. The combination of the quiet village life and the coastal vitality of Puerto de Pollença makes this area a unique place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
