Location was amazing. Nice size swimming pool. Inside area was a good size with everything we needed. A perfect base for our holiday The outside area was very dirty when we arrived. It just needed a good sweep which we did ourselves so it didn’t ruin the holiday. We left it cleaner than it was when we arrived!!

Great accommodation for the family, Right in the middle of everything. Doesn’t look great from outside but pleased when we got through the door and pool area was great Better safe, don’t drink the water even when it’s boiled. Better signage for that

We loved the location, close to restaurants, bars, the beach and the centre of the town. We found the accomodation was quite shabby and in need of refurbishment. The furniture in the kitchen/living area was old and worn. Some extra home comforts would have made a difference and enhanced the accomodation eg, cushions on the sofa, some pot/plants on the terrace/pool area. Unfortunately our included welcome package containing toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc was not there on our arrival on the Saturday.so we had to find a supermarket to buy these essentials. After several emails to Sealand Villas a welcome pack was left hanging on the door onto the street on Tuesday!

modern town house well located

Great and modern flat. perfectly located in the middle of the lovley city of port pollenca and close to the beach. We stayed there with a 5 people family. It was enough space for everybody but I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 adults. So the inside living space is very limited. The outside area is fantastic and very private. Especially if you think you are staing in the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen equipment doesen't fit to the modern property. The dishwasher is not working properly. Even after 2 or 3 runs it isent't clean. So that might be the reason for the filthy plates and glases. There is no brush to clean the grill. I expect a cleaner pool in a property like this but we could use it of course. You can't use the wifi at the pool area. We didn't needed it but the pictures indicate a safe place to park bicicles. We have no idea where this could be. So better ask for before booking.

A little oasis in a great location

We loved the swimming pool and large terrace - you don't expect to have all that outdoor space, and a pool, in a town centre house like that. The bedrooms were really nicely and newly decorated, with comfy beds. The owner also provided lots of towels, which was perfect for a family of four. Great location, too, seconds away from the beach, and close to all of Puerto Pollensa's bars, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here and were very sorry to leave. I imagine - due to Covid and lockdowns - we were the first guests in quite a while, as the last people to write in the comments book stayed in July 2021. So it felt like the property wasn't entirely ready for our arrival. A few things were broken when we arrived - the washing machine had a broken pipe, the dishwasher tablet drawer didn't work so didn't clean the plates etc, and the toilet flush had been snapped off and was sitting on top of the toilet. Plus a few light bulbs were broken and the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned. We also couldn't use the barbecue as there was no gas in the bottle. The pool man came very quickly to clean the pool, and the owner sorted the toilet flush within 24 hours, but the dishwasher remained unusable for our five-night stay, and the washing machine was only repaired and BBQ gas provided on our last day. When I emailed the Assistance address at Easyvillasmallorca to ask about the washing machine repair, I was told to find a plumber and get it fixed myself. I wouldn't have a clue where to start doing that! Nor, of course, is that the customer's responsibility. Two other smaller things: there were no cleaning products, so we bought some (and left them in the house) so we could clean it while we were there and before we left. Also, I'd suggest putting the number of the house on the details you give clients as the property doesn't say Beach Villa Monjas on the front door, so we had no idea which it was in the street.

Mehr Schatten als Licht

Wir waren von dem Haus sehr enttäuscht. Es ist in einem schlechten Allgemeinzustand und nicht sehr sauber. Die Duschkabinen müssten komplett neu gemacht werden und sehen stellenweise wirklich eklig aus. Nachts konnte man im Bad durchaus auch auf Kakerlaken treffen, was wir gemeldet haben. Der Anbieter hat darauf bis jetzt nicht reagiert. Es gibt keine wirklich bequeme, gesellige Sitzgelegenheit. Viele Möbel und die Küche sind insgesamt in keinem guten Zustand. Anders als gewohnt, sind keine Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Öl da. Wer kochen möchte, muss sich also von Grund auf eindecken. Der Ort bietet kulinarisch allerdings so viel, dass das Kochen getrost entfallen kann. Der Geschirrspüler stinkt und reinigt nicht gut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hingegen tiptop. Die Betten sind sehr hart, das muss man mögen. Der Pool ist ganz schön, das Wasser sah immer sauber aus. Die Auflagen für die Außenliegen haben wir wiederum vergeblich gesucht. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und hätte, mit etwas mehr Mühe, viel Potenzial. Je nach Preis kann man über die Mängel sicherlich hinwegsehen. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eindeutig nicht gestimmt.

Tolle moderne Unterkunft

Die Lage ist super, nur 200m zum Strand und nur wenige Meter bis zu den ersten Restaurants. Die Villa wurde sehr modern und geschmackvoll renoviert und bietet Platz. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (zahlreiche Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser und jede Menge Zubehör). Geparkt werden kann wenige Minuten entfernt. Schade, dass der Pool während unseres Aufenthalts auch nach erneuter Erinnerung nicht gereinigt wurde (auf dem Boden lag jede Menge Sand, wohl von den winterlichen Stürmen). Dennoch konnten wir ihn gut nutzen.

The property was nice & as described in the information. A few points that need addressing are 1. Only one set of keys is NOT enough, especially as the keys were needed to unlock the door from both the inside & out. 2. Blinds are NEEDED on both the bathroom windows. The windows both look out on to the pool area & there was absolutely NO privacy when using the showers. 3. One of the external doors onto the pool area did not have a lock on at all.

Title is accurate

Very spacious rooms with a great private outside area. Well equipped kitchen. A very comfortable property to spend time in. minor finishing touches, like wobbly fridge, unfinished tiling. Consider a blind on the bathroom window and a lock on the back door for security.

Town house in a great location

Just spent 5 days at this lovely property. It is right in the centre of the town but very private. The pool area is great, lots of room for relaxing, not overlooked. It has everything you need. I would highly recommend the property to others.

Fantastic Villa

I would like to write a bad review to stop this place getting booked up, but is was great. We have stopped at a few of the new apartments on the pine walk but I think just being a short walk away from the front was a lot better and having your own pool was great
