Just a short stroll will bring you to the heart of Porthleven with a vast array of sumptuous eateries, bars, galleries and shops. With the beach on your doorstep and many coastal walks and coves within easy reach, Ocean's Edge is the ideal coastal retreat.

Entrance is via an enclosed patio area with door leading into the conservatory/sunroom where you can sit and enjoy the spactacular views from the picture window. This leads through to the cosy lounge, again with incredible sea views, a log burner, comfy sofas and TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, washer dryer, oven and hob, dining area and door off to rear patio area, where you'll find a bistro table to sit and enjoy a glass of something al fresco.

On the first floor are the king bedroom, spacious with plenty of storage and stunning sea views, the twin room and the bathroom with shower over bath, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
