ArvorはMaenporthの砂浜の近くにあり、Falmouthまで車で10分以内の明るく風通しの良いモダンな2ベッドルームの禁煙ルームです。床暖房と1台の専用駐車スペースがあります。 大きなオープンプランのキッチン/ダイニング/リビングスペースがあり、ガーデンテーブルと椅子を備えたパティオに入ります。ラウンジには壁に取り付けられた暖炉、40インチテレビ、ブルーレイDVDプレーヤー、無料＆無制限のWi-FiとiPodドッキングステーションがあります。 キッチンは食器洗い機と冷​​蔵庫の冷凍庫を完備しており、洗濯機/乾燥機＆シンク付きの独立したユーティリティルームがあります。 アレルギー対策を施していない羽毛布団＆枕の2つのベッドルームがあります。マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッドとシャワー付きの広々としたシャワールームがあります。 2番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドが付いています。 独立したファミリーのバスルームにはバスタブと電気シャワーが付いています。 それは禁煙アパートであり、残念なことにペットは滞在することができません。

駐車場の下部にある花壇の横にある1番の駐車スペースから
アパートメントの正面玄関までのわずかな斜面（約50メートル）を歩く
「先着順」で利用可能な1つの共同「モービル」スペースと2つの共同日ビジタースペースがあります。正面玄関まで約25メートル。（写真を見る）

1番の鍵は、あなたが入り口を向いているとき、LHSの壁にある安全な黒いスターリング鍵に入っています。 休暇の1週間前にコードが送信されます
玄関に入ると、LHS No.1のNo1への扉が見えます。床面積は大きく、オープンプランの大きなリビング＆キッチンエリア（木製の床があり、プライベートパティオへのアクセスはありません）

右折してホールを降りると、ユーティリティルーム（洗濯乾燥機付）とファミリーバスルーム（バスタブと電気シャワー付き）が左側にあります。

ツインベッドルームは右側にあり、マスターベッドルームは直ぐ前にエンスイートがあります。 すべてのドアは幅広ですが、アパートにはグラブレールはありませんのでご注意ください。 専用バスルームには大きなシャワーとポータブルシャワースツールがありますが、約25センチのシャワーがあります

Gill was quick to respond from the very beginning of the rental process. When we ran into a problem with our arrival she came over to help us out and gave us a lot of information about the area. The apartment had every amenity we needed and was very clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the stunning view just steps from the front door.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host Gill was extremely friendly and helpful and pointed out any particular attractions we might want to visit. There was also lots of info/maps in the apartment on local walks and places to visit. The apartment was only a few minutes walk to Maenporth Beach with a lovely wee cafe (best crab sandwiches). We would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Great stay

This was my third visit in the last few years. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. Gill the host as always very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Rainy Days

The apartment was spacious and stocked with little extras which we enjoyed on the rainy days. On the sunny day we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. This apartment would be ideal for a young family

Lovely stay

Very nice and spacious. It had everything you needed and more. Just up from the beach. The only negative would be it needed black out curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that a great stay.

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Nach 5 Jahren gab es ein Wiedersehen mit der wunderbaren Gastgeberin Gill. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Da wir die toll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung bereits kannten, fühlten wir uns gleich wohl. Die Lage ist super, die Bank mit Blick auf die Bucht von Maenporth ist mein absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Auf Empfehlung von Gill haben wir von Falmouth aus eine Bootsfahrt gemacht und konnten Delphine und sogar Minkwale beobachten, ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in Cornwall planen. Beste Grüße von Yvonne und Familie

Comfortable, spacious, and GREAT location

This property was perfect for our week visiting Cornwall. It was very clean and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We took full advantage of the picturesque Southwest Coast Path, just steps from the door, but it is also within an hour's drive from many other attractions in Cornwall. Our host Gill was extremely informative and helpful; she even assisted us when we lost our cellphone data service.

Tranquil location

Only booked the night before travelling and Gill went over and above to get the apartment ready and help us have an enjoyable short stay. Lovely well equipped apartment, that is in a tranquil location a short walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Bed very comfortable and slept well.

Delightful short break at Arvor

Lovely comfortable flat just 5 mins walk from Maenporth beach and close to the coastal path. We had a lovely little break here, the flat had everything we needed and it's a great location for walking, exploring the delights of Falmouth and its surrounds, and eating out. This was our second visit, and matched up to great memories of the first. What's more, Gill is a fantastic host!

Amazing Stay

Home away from home!

We don't normally write reviews but this lovely 2 bedroom just up from Maenporth Beach is truly beautiful. Gill has been exceptional from the very first contact and made us feel so welcome. Gill has thought of everything and her attention to detail is first class. Staying long or short term, this apartment is spacious, comfortable, fully equipped even down to outdoor toys for children, great location and is a home away from home. We thoroughly recommend!

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Tolle, grosse und saubere Ferienwohnung mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche . Lediglich einen stabilen Wäscheständer für die Strandsachen hätten wir uns noch gewünscht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Küstenpfad und auch ein Badestrand ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Da die Wohnung ausserhalb eines Wohngebietes liegt ist für sämtliche Einkäufe ein Auto erforderlich. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit.

Holiday by the sea

This was our second visit to the apartment. Its in a beautiful location and only a 5 min walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable and spotless. Communication with Gill is excellent. We hope to stay at the apartment again as its an ideal base to explore Cornwall. Thank you Gill.

Large, comfortable apartment near beach

Though owner was out of town, her thorough communications by email and phone kept us perfectly informed and updated. The apartment is spacious, quiet, attractively decorated, with all conveniences, and well located for exploring Cornwall. Drivers should make a point of arriving before dark, as the last few miles are up a winding, one-lane road. We enjoyed our stay!

We’ve just spent 5 nights at this apartment and could easily have stayed 5 more. There was everything we needed and more.The nearby beach was a bonus,and we were central to the rest of Cornwall. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Quiet Hideaway

Thank you Gill for being such a lovely host. Having a light on in the apartment on arrival was very thoughtful. The welcome phone call within an hour of arrival, to ensure that we were settled and our stay was comfortable and warm.The small touches of milk in the fridge, fresh flowers and sweet treats were amazing. The apartment was clean, airy and stylish place to spend a few nights away. Beaches are close by and plenty of eateries to enjoy.Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway.

No1. Arvor is the perfect spot for a Cornish getaway. 5 minute walk from Maenporth beach but only ly a 10 minute drive from Falmouth Town centre. The apartment is spotless, superbly equipped and is a genuine home from home. The owner is attentive and couldn't have been more helpful or done any more to ensure a great week. Very highly recommended.......we'll be back!

I spent many days at Maenporth as a child and love the coastal path walk from Falmouth to Maenporth . The walk is an easy coastal path with stunning scenery and The Cove Restaurant is a very popular restaurant with great food and a lovely sea view . .Maenporth is a lovely sandy cove popular with families as it is ideal for sunbathing and rock pooling .

The apartment is bright and airy but always feels cosy even on a winter's day due to the underfloor heating -even in the bathrooms ! I like the open plan living with its wooden floors and the modern kitchen with granite worktops . Most of all I enjoy the views of Falmouth Bay from the field just across the road and the superb coastal and rural paths right on the doorstep .
