Everything was perfect. Private space and quiet. No tv in the living room which was a little odd but we didn’t watch much tv as we ended up having a huge inconvenience unrelated to this property.

There was a dog above us staying which was totally fine but there was alot of running around and barking. Other than that everything was Good!!

I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay.When we first walked in, there was an extremely strong air freshener scent that was overwhelming. Within about five minutes, I started getting a headache from how intense it was.The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable. My brother and I slept in separate rooms, and we both woke up sore from how hard the mattresses and pillows were. On top of that, we barely got any sleep due to excessive noise from the unit above. There was loud activity throughout the night, including multiple people coming in and out. We each only got a couple of hours of rest. It was also extremely hot and we couldn’t control the air. Additionally, while looking for an outlet behind the nightstand to plug in my phone charger, I found an old baby bottle filled with milk behind it, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.Overall, the experience was disappointing and not restful, which is ultimately what we were hoping for.

This property is advertised as an "entire home". This was important to us on this trip as we were trying to get good rest before traveling to a higher altitude. This is not an entire home, it is a basement apartment. You have to open a garage door and go down the stairs. The deadbolt inside the garage was out of batteries, so when we left the place for dinner, there was no way to lock the door (we could lock it from the inside manually). There were people in the upstairs apartment that were loud until after 12:30am, and started again in the 6am hour. It was so loud from the basement apartment that I was able to catch it on video clearly, and kept us from sleeping. I brought this to the attention of the host, and he wasn't receptive to my concerns. Other than the misrepresented listing, the place was clean.

Visiting with family in area. Comfortable beds, well supplied with paper goods, dish soap. Deyvis was responsive to our request for warmer temp in unit. We did hear the tenants above walking about and children’s voices. Good price and less than 15minutes to Union Station.

The White Rose was clean and beautifully decorated. The only reason it was not perfect was the stairs, they were a little steep carrying our luggage down in the basement. The other issue was the upstairs guests, not their fault, but both used the toilet at 3:47am and when the toilet is flushed the sound of rushing water is loud and woke me up. I would stay there again even with the small issues. Thank you for opening up your home.

This unit is situated in the basement of the house. Pretty chilly, but the upstairs people weren't too loud, and the property manager was excellent with his communication.

The property was wonderful. We were a little shocked that all the bed sheets were wet. Thankfully we discovered this early in the afternoon and were able to throw them all in the dryer before bedtime. The back door keypad seemed to be dead or not working for us to lock the rental when we left for our event and at checkout, but the garage was an extra layer of protection. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud until around 3AM. Which I guess is what you get in a basement unit. Overall though, the rental was great for what we needed. The towels were so large and plush. The extra, huge blankets were amazing. The neighborhood was nice. We would stay here again!
