Travis was great! Cute little place - perfect for 3 adults and a dog! Great to have a fenced in back yard! Would stay again!

We were not at all satisfied with our stay here, and in fact, left the property for a hotel within 12 hours after arriving. First of all, there are some serious foundation issues with this home. The entire building is tilted; all of the floors and both interior and exterior stairs are crooked. As someone with mobility and balance issues, it was extremely difficult to safely navigate the home without tripping (which happened at least twice within the short time we were there.)We also had safety concerns due to the condition of the exterior doors. The front door is very loose in its frame, even with the electronic lock engaged. The lock on this door knob is non-functional and covered with tape. In addition, you can see sunlight streaming through significant gaps around the back door, raising serious concerns about its effectiveness.As for cleanliness, we were less than impressed. The back yard had not been mowed and there was debris around the property. We found hair on the sheets when we pulled down the covers. A tile near the baseboard in the bathroom was apparently duct taped to the wall, and fell down while we were there. There were also some insects inside (probably due to the gaps around the exterior doors).Both the owner and VRBO were informed of these issues. We requested a refund for the unused nights, which has not been granted at this time.We would not recommend this property, and are very unlikely to use VRBO again in the future given our experience.
