Villa Santa Rosa is a spacious and welcoming property, perfect for family holidays, group stays, retreats or unforgettable moments with good company. With capacity for up to 36 guests, it offers comfort, privacy and all the amenities necessary for a memorable stay in the Algarve.



The outer area was recently completely renovated, with the red flooring being completely replaced.



The property has been recently redecorated and furnished brand new, offering a modern and welcoming environment that further enhances the guest experience.



Distributed across the ground floor, first floor and lower level, the property has 7 bedrooms with various accommodation options, including double beds, bunk beds and sofa beds – ideal for large families and groups. The living room, spacious and bright, is furnished with several sofas, perfect for socialising and relaxing.



Outside, in addition to the heated swimming pool (available for an additional cost), guests can enjoy a private spa area equipped with two hot tubs (available for an additional cost), a sauna and an ice bath (available for an additional cost), perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The villa also includes a snooker table, a ping pong table and a barbecue area, ideal for entertainment and outdoor dining. The outdoor space also offers sun-bathing areas, in a calm and private environment, with a portable speaker available to create a pleasant sound environment during leisure moments.



Indoor Entertainment and Games



Villa Santa Rosa was designed to guarantee comfort and entertainment throughout the year, with options for all ages: home cinema with 4K Smart TV and Apple TV, PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED, Bose sound system and board games such as UNO, Jenga, Monopoly, among others.



Located in a quiet area, with easy access to the main attractions of the region, Villa Santa Rosa combines generous space, welcoming atmosphere and excellent leisure facilities for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 26 guests.

From the 27th to the 36th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
