Please note: there may be construction noise from a nearby plot until June 24. Guests must respect the maximum occupancy and house rules: no parties, pets, or smoking. A tourist tax applies (€1/night per person 16+, max 7 nights), and late arrivals incur a fee. A refundable deposit of €1000 is required for groups under 25. Please keep the home tidy at check-out to avoid extra fees. ID is required at check-in. This property is reserved exclusively for guests included in the booking.
