A few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps in the heart of the Trident, a 70 sqm apartment , located on the second floor of an historic building with an elevator, ideal for a family or friends, perfect for a pleasant stay in the eternal city, and is easily accessible as it is located near the metro stops A Piazza di Spagna and Piazzale Flaminio and the river of Rome, the Tiber flows in the vicinity of this house.
The apartment is convenient for those who want to stay in one of the most central areas of Rome, from which it is easy to reach all the places of art, culture and history in a few minutes and is only two steps away from the famous Via del Corso for shopping lovers. It consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, a kitchen , a study and two bathrooms. A large part of the furnishings and lighting are of era.

The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 7 chairs. Period furniture, lamps and paintings complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning in the living room. The living room overlooks Via del Vantaggio and has double-glazed windows.
