28 Tennyson Avenue, a terraced house over five floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with a range cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining seating for eight people, woodburning stove, and TV, a dining room with dining seating for sixteen people, a sitting room with TV, and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, second-floor double, fourth-floor double, third-floor twin, fourth-floor single, second-floor family room, and fourth-floor family room, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom, bathroom, and third-floor shower room. The garage has been converted to a small games room. Travel cot and highchair are permanently available at property. This is accessed through the side door (key for door and games room will be left in the side door for you) into the small yard, and through the glazed garage doors. There are 4 parking permits. They are electronic and will need to contact the owners a week before your stay to arrange the permits You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a patio, gravelled area, lawned area, and hot tub. two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note: There is an 9pm curfew at this property after which time all guests must stop using the hot tub and strictly observe the hours of rest and not cause any form of disturbance to neighbours, Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given.
