The Reef, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine chiller, a dining area with dining table and breakfast bar seating, Smart TV, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin (zip/link), both with Smart TVs. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared garden with barbecue area, a shared external games room with Smart TV and pool table, and off-road parking for one car. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Relax and unwind in the seaside setting of Suffolk with a retreat to The Reef. Note: A few steps in the hallway. Town: The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
