Holiday home layout

The energy-neutral house has been built quite recently with high-quality, sustainable materials. The interior features modern furniture and natural colors and fabrics. No expense has been spared. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 1 child up to about 16 years old. Ground floor with underfloor heating and a natural stone floor. Entrance with wardrobe, toilet, and stairs to the upper floor, plus an additional room with washing machine and dryer. The living room has a nice seating area with sofas and armchairs, TV, and a round dining table for 7 people. Enjoy the modern open kitchen with a cooking island and dining bar, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, large refrigerator, freezer with two drawers, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), Bialetti percolator, kettle, and wine climate cabinet.

The carefully landscaped garden offers various cozy and relaxing spots to fully enjoy outdoor living. Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table on the terrace, or relax on the covered terrace with a comfortable lounge set, perfect for cozy evenings with friends or family. For lovers of water fun, there is a terrace by the water, equipped with a sunshade and some deck chairs, ideal for sunbathing, reading, or simply enjoying the view.

For ultimate relaxation, the garden offers a Finnish sauna with panoramic windows, suitable for six people, where you can unwind and leave the daily stress behind. After the sauna, you can enjoy a bubbly experience in the electric hot tub that accommodates 5 to 6 people. For the young guests, there is a trampoline for endless jumping fun. Moreover, you have direct access to a private beach and the recreation lake, where you can swim, canoe, fish or simply enjoy the water. For the adventurous souls, there is a private pedal boat, suitable for 2 to 4 people, to explore the water in a sporty and enjoyable way. The garden also features an atmospheric barbecue (Kamado) for enjoyable barbecue moments. Bringing charcoal is convenient so you can start grilling right away.

The first floor of the vacation home offers comfortable and cozy sleeping quarters with beautiful views and modern amenities. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box spring beds, perfect for two people. Additionally, upon request, there is the possibility of placing a sleeping armchair for children, with a length of approximately 1.65 meters, so that the little ones can also sleep comfortably.  The third bedroom consists of two single box spring beds and also has a sitting area. The bathroom on this floor is spacious and luxuriously furnished, featuring a freestanding bath for relaxing, a large rain shower for a refreshing start to the day, and a large sink with two faucets for comfort and convenience. The toilet completes the bathroom.

Located just 128 km from Utrecht, this unique location offers everything for a relaxing and adventurous holiday. Enjoy the peace and nature while staying in this beautiful water villa. For daily groceries, the charming village is just 7 km away, with a small neighborhood supermarket only 1 km from the house. Adventure begins right from your front door: a mountain biking route is ready for a day full of fun, and the recreation lake across from the villa brings you directly into the water world. Make use of the facilities of the Landal holiday park, which is just a stone's throw away, including playgrounds and Beachclub De Vlegge for a snack and a drink.

Explore the breathtaking natural areas such as Fayersheide, Wierdense Veld, and the Sallandse Heuvelrug, perfect for hiking and cycling.
