HOUSE DISTRIBUTION

The house has 2 floors:



Ground floor: we find the kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. From the kitchen, access is given to the balcony with views of the Urdabai Nature Reserve.



First floor: a diaphanous area, which has a living area and another bedroom area, another double room and a bathroom.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN

We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain, essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.



DEPOSIT

To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
