The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The front door has an automated Schlage lock which will allow access to the property. Press the blue Schlage button and the keys will turn blue. Enter the code "7246" and then turn dial to unlock.
Leave trash in sealed trash bags in the outside trash bin. The bin is located outside the service door at the side door of the property. Please secure the top of the bin with the two carabiner's.
Please make sure all lights are off when exiting the property and double check that the coffee pot is unplugged from the wall outlet before leaving if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful Pine/Aspen trees in a quiet setting just 2.5 miles from Breckenridge. The area is one of our favorite places to share with family and friends and the opportunities for recreation are unlimited. From Skiing to snow shoe trails to golf and hiking in the summer. World class fishing experiences along with beautiful views of the 10 mile range all await your enjoyment.
