January 2020 ski weekend

We live in Denver and regularly spend long weekends in Breck. This house was great -- clean, good amenities, comfortable and best of all a great walkable location. Would highly recommend to others and would return again as well.

Perfect size and location. Loved the coziness and family gathering space. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Communication with the accommodating property manager was so easy. Would highly recommend this for being in town Breck! Easy walk to shops and restaurants but super quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to slopes. Loved it.

Great location!

This place was awesome. About a 2 minute walk to the closest restaurant/bar and 15 minute walk to the gondola. The house is in a quiet little residential area and perfect for what we needed. No issues with the house. Clean, enough room for 7 adults, and easy access. Would definitely consider staying again.

Home is located walking distance from Main street and from the gondola, at the end of a quiet alley. The home was clean and well stocked upon our arrival, and worked perfectly for our family, friends, and small dog. River Ridge staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend, and will be back in the future.

Perfect place to hang

This house is cute as a button. Welll appointed and very cozy home feel. Kitchen gorgeous. Great water pressure. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked. Host very communicative. VERY clean and I am picky on this point so the first thing I do is check for cleanliness. Excellent back area for our dogs to do their business. No complaints whatsoever. We’ll be back!

Love the house

A Great Month in Breck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to work remotely for a month. Home is cute, clean and well stocked with better than average rental furnishings. There were 2 of us and 2 dogs. I believe it sleeps 11 or so, but I don't think you'd want more than 6 adults, or 2 families of 4 staying there = so 4 adults and 4 small children. Management company was very professional and responsive to questions or requests. House is located down an alley. So nice in that there's no street noise, but walking that alley was stressful when things froze up. Access to town is an easy walk, and we strolled to some fantastic restaurants. Access to mountain/chair lifts was not as convenient as we liked. While there are bus stops not too far away, icy alley dissuaded us from walking it in ski boots, so we drove to Peak 9 most mornings. Snow boarders would have an easier time walking to the bus stops or the gondola.Parking for 2 cars is right by house, so that was a bonus. Easy drive to City Market grocery store, or there are some markets that are an easy walk, but selection is more limited. Nice views from second floor bedrooms of the Breck peaks! Wish the hot tub had better views, but it was clean and therapeutic.

This is an adorable, well maintained and spotless older Victorian home. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is walkable to all of Breckenridge’s Main St. Having 3 bathrooms was a real plus even though 2 were in the hallways. We would definitely stay here again!

Mountain vacation home away from home

The home was very welcoming. The entrance is on an alley behind High St but the hosts are very communicative and attentive. We had a great, relaxing stay and enjoyed being in walking distance to Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.
