Tucked into a quiet wooded neighborhood, this family-friendly home is designed for gathering after a day on the mountain. The vaulted living room, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen create a warm central gathering space. One of the home’s most unique features is the private hot tub set inside a three-sided glass room — a cozy place to unwind surrounded by forest views, whether it’s snowing outside or a summer evening in the pines. Designed especially well for families, the home includes a thoughtful bedroom layout, kid-friendly spaces, and plenty of toys. Fast high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to work remotely or stream after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring.

We are an active family that loves our house in Breckenridge. We live in Golden Colorado and use the house as much as possible. We are professionals that often work from our home in Breckenridge. I am a Biology Professor at the Metropolitan State University of Denver and study birds and conservation biology. Breckenridge is the perfect place for nature lovers such as myself. In the past we had a roommate in the back suite and would rent the upstairs on Airb&b. Our roommate has moved out to pursue his career and are now renting the whole house.
