The apartment has quite a few maintenance issues. It was clean. How ever the electrics are inadequate the kettle trips electric fuse board as did using 2 rings and oven. They never provided clean bedding or towels on a 2 week stay. We requested this and complained about it many times with no results just apologies. We could not use pool as the gate key had been changed once again after requesting a new key and been promised it never arrived. The complex is run down and is undergoing a major renovation which we was not made aware of.

Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify that the electrical issues mentioned were not reported to us during your stay, so we did not have the opportunity to check or address them. As for linen and towels, for stays longer than 11 nights, a replacement is provided according to our standards. Concerning communication, we have active guest support available daily via WhatsApp, email, and the booking platform, and we always aim to assist promptly. Regarding the pool access, this issue was also not reported to us, so we were unable to assist during your stay. Finally, we have no record of renovation works in the complex during your dates. We regret that your overall experience did not meet expectations and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving. Kind regards.
