Ground floor, spacious, newly refurbish apartment in Parque Santiago 1 with newly fitted aircon as of April 2025.
One kingsize main bedroom, second bedroom double bed and single bed.
Spacious open plan kitchen, diner and living area with TV.
Fully equipped kitching, including microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
1 bathroom which includes bath with shower + separate shower. Also an additional w/c.
Large patio area with table, chairs and 4 sun loungers.
Newly refurbished Communal pool with bar/restaurant area.
Short 2 minute walk to sea front, along with many bars, restaurants and shops.

Really nice apartment—very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout.The location is ideal, with plenty of bars and shops close by. The pool bar was nice and friendly, offering food and drinks. The only downside is that the pool area is quite small for lounging, and sunbeds come at an extra cost (3 plus 1 for a mattress). It was also frustrating to see some guests pay for their beds and then leave towels on them all day while being elsewhere.Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Short break away

We had a very relaxing good time the apartment was well equipped with everything you need plenty of storage very spacious, very clean and in a good location. Well equipped supermarket next door plenty of bars and restaurants around near to beaches too. Pool area very clean can get a little busy and sun beds have to be paid for €3.50 per day will definitely be booking to stay again.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated. It has everything that you need for your stay. The location is excellent on the ground floor and easy to find. The owner was very helpful and responds quickly.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Balcony is fabulous and has the sun the majority of the day. Apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. a nice little find for a relaxing break.
