The Space:
We are right in the centre of the iconic Manchester city scene, based in Ancoats you're under a 5 minute walk away from fantastic bars and restaurants such as Crown and Kettle and Mackie Mayor. TRANSPORT Our closest train station is Victoria station and it’s only 10 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too in Victoria station to get you quickly around the city

THE BEST BIT: Managed by City Superhost Ltd, Manchester's No. 1 Independent Management Company. Bedroom 1 : 2 x double beds with EN SUITE BATHROOM. Bedroom 2: 2 x double beds. 3 double sofa beds in Living room.

Main Bathroom: Full bath and shower, we supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM: 3 Large comfy sofas to relax and watch a film on a large Samsung smart TV. WIFI: We have superfast Wifi! Airbnb have verified our wifi in the fastest category at 140 Mbps KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook (tea and coffee provided) DINING AREA: Even if you’re not cooking there’s space to eat your takeaway!

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS: We have a Washing Machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets). We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.
