The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and features a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, open-plan kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace, and two double bedrooms with wardrobes and natural light, one of which with a projector.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and utensils. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine and towel set.
The area is convenient for walking and close to shops, restaurants, markets and Cagliari's historic centre. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.
To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival.
