Private heated pool (6 x 4 m), at least 26 degrees. Pool heating is included in the price.
220 m2 villa has a private terrace with tropical trees and BBQ.
There are 3 TVs: 75″, 55″ and 40″.
There is a garage for 2 cars.
High speed internet in all the rooms (1 Gb).
There are 2 working desks, a monitor is available.
Some of the best restaurants of the North are within 5 minutes walk!
5 minutes drive to Puerto de la Cruz.
You can reach South airport in 1 hour by car, North airport - in 20 minutes.
Space description:
On the ground floor, you will find living room with 75 inch TV, kitchen and a WC. The living room has glass walls looking at a patio with tropical trees and BBQ, and a private heated pool with sun loungers.
Outside, next to the pool, there is a covered area with a dining table, where you can have a nice meal with friends and family, or enjoy a drink.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are sharing a big balcony with ocean views. You can also watch amazing sunsets from there! The master bedroom has a working desk and an en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well.
The attic part has the fourth bedroom with a working desk, a TV, and a rooftop terrace with amazing views of Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic ocean.
This villa does not have shared spaces with other guests, so you can enjoy the villa and the pool in full privacy.
Other things to note:
Pool heating is included in the price.
Cot and baby chair are available by request, please write it after you made a booking.
Same with monitor - feel free to request it while booking.

The quality of the build, design, comfort and sea views from every floor are not easy to find in the island or in general.
Furthermore, the absence of noise for sleep usually is hard to come by. On top, you get a cacti garden, tropical plants and a private heated pool.
