Esta elegante y moderna casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con hermosos pisos de madera es perfecta para dos parejas o una familia pequeña. Vistas de la ciudad, la bahía y el océano. Camine a lo largo de la única playa de arena en Yachats o explore las piscinas de marea. Si lo prefiere, puede ver cómo se estrellan las olas y varios orificios de ventilación desde la casa. Agate Point Vacation Perfection

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Agate Point is our favorite 4th of July place to be. The perfect location in lovely Yachats. You can sit on the front deck and watch the fireworks. The place is well maintained and has had many upgrades. Katie at Ocean Odyssey is friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back again soon.

The location cannot be beat. The lodging itself is not luxurious and needs to be deep cleaned and refreshed. We were disappointed at the level of cleanliness and overall state of the residence. It was not well appointed with linens and supplies. That said, the area is magical and the location is truly gorgeous.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, as usual. The weather was fabulous, sunny, a little wind. We love the house and the location. Owners had added a new deck and new outdoor furniture. Love the fact that there is glass around the patio. No problem if it's a little windy.

We will 1,000% stay here again. The location and views are stellar! The windows and angles of the house provide continuous views of the ocean and the door placement allows for a great cross breeze. Lovely path to walk by the ocean, less than 5 minutes from Cape Perpetua and downtown Yachats. Overall fantastic. My only requests are 1) that they replace the chairs at the dining table with ones with taller fuller backs on them for accessibility reasons and 2) that they put something under the living room rug to keep it in place as the rug slid out under our feet a few times and someone could fall and get hurt. Other than those two small things, this place is stellar!

We enjoyed this home very much! One of the few times there was a working Hot Tub! The view is fantastic. We had everything we needed for a relaxing mother-daughter get away.

The view was beautiful! We were able to see and hear the crash of the waves against the rocks while relaxing, but were still able to enjoy silence when wanted. It took all of five minutes to get to either the center of town or the Cape Perpetua visitor center that gave us access to all the hiking trails we wanted. It was nice to not need to drive for hours just to have things to do.

Great place in a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family that loves to cook. Beds were comfortable. The side deck was wind protected and became our favorite room. The hot tub is in a great spot for a 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains and town. Property manager was highly attentive to our needs.

Amazing Location

The sweetest little house with the most breath taking view. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple things needing fixed but the owner is aware and working on them. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Dreams Start with this View

We wanted a family get together where we could relax, and we got it. Across the street (not busy) to the tidal pools or a short walk to the sandy beach. The house is great inside and well stocked with just about anything you might have forgot. It's a short drive into town and worth exploring. Have no problem recommending this home.

Great place

Fireplace was not working when we were staying here so house got cold but they did have a small space heater. They were very helpful. Great place. They allow pets which is so important to me and family members. I would recommend this place to others.

Agate Point House

Beautiful location!The home was lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. Most of the doors could not be opened…a lot of deferred maintenance for this beautiful cottage.

Great location

Overall this place is great. It could use a better cleaning job. Washer is clearly marked on how to use but the dishwasher could use the same. The buttons are so worn you can not tell what cycle to push. Location and view are awesome
