Apartment inside is lovely - modern, well furnished and clean. The main issue we faced was that the whole building was covered with scaffolding and a mesh layer over it which rendered the balcony unusable. The balcony was also covered in dirt and broken foam, as well as one of the 2 chairs being broken. Work was carried out from around 8.30am all day, including drilling and jet washing and included builders walking right past the sliding doors without notice. None of this was notified to us in advance and we would have changed plans had we known. Arrival instructions missed a key element of how to enter the building, resulting in a very stressful hour trying to gain entry and only resolved after another resident helped. Overall communication with HomeMatch was very late and forms sent didn’t work, etc - less than ideal.
