Luxury Three Bedroom Villa at the Secret Valley Golf Development, just ten minutes from the Paphos Airport.


Located in a prime position offering superb sea views and is adjacent to the Secret Valley Golf Course and a short distance from the Aphrodite Hills Golf complex.

The Villa has a large (10m x 5m) private pool, fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom and is furnished to a very high standard.


LOUNGE AND DINING...

The Lounge area features two sumptuous chocolate leather sofas. coffee table, widescreen TV with surround sound and DVD player. The patio widows overlook the pool area and the Paphos coastline beyond.

The kitchen has all the mod. cons you would expect including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc and a few extra touches as well like a coffee machine and juicer.

Dine in style on the dark wood dining set for those relaxing evenings in.


BEDROOMS...

All Three bedrooms have 3 foot wide single beds which fit together to become king size doubles, giving you total flexibility in the sleeping configuration.

The Master Bedroom has an en suite with large shower cubicle and a good size balcony on which to sit and admire the stunning views.

OUTSIDE...

With the gorgeous Cypriot climate most of your time will probably be spent outside. With this in mind we have spared no expense in creating a relaxing and functional garden and terrace area.

The pool is a generous ten metres by five metres and is surrounded by extra patio area so that you can relax on the sun loungers, or if you prefer you can sit in the shade under the parasol or balcony.

An outside shower is provided for your convenience as is a large feature barbeque.


LOCATION:

Ha Potami is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. Surrounded by open countryside with the valley separating the Secret Valley resort from Aphrodite Hills Resort. Both resorts have their own golf courses less than 10 minutes away!
If its peace and quiet you're looking for, with stunning views, a beautiful climate, and everything you could possibly want so you don't even need to leave your own front door, then this is the place.
On the other hand, if you want to sample the delights of the local villages, where there are festivals throughout the year with music and dance, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal, often with local entertainment thrown in, then there are numerous small villages within a 15 minute drive.
And of course for an exciting night or two out there is Kato Paphos' Bar Street, with endless bars, restaurants and clubs for you to sing and dance the night away (if you can summon up the energy!)

Aphrodite's Rock is a short drive away, with the lovely mountain village of Pissouri, which has fantastic far reaching views, and the Troodos mountains are well worth a visit, where skiing is available in the winter months.

Secret Valley
3 mins. drive from the villa is an 18 hole championship course playing to par 71 and measuring 5989 metres. It is a relaxing scenic course amidst mature trees and very attractive planting and set against a natural backdrop of dramatic rock formation. The course was opened in 1996 and sports a very stylish clubhouse and restaurant from where you can survey the beautiful grounds and lake, listen to the frogs and watch the eagles soar overhead. Peak rate green fees are about £30 (mid sept. to mid may) Clubs, trolleys, and buggies and are available for hire. There is a driving range and practice areas and lessons can be arranged.

Aphrodite Hills
5 mins. from the Villa another 18 hole course of 6200 metres par72. This very challenging course opened in 2002 and comprises of 2 plateaus separated by a steep ravine and makes the most of the spectacular terrain bearing olives and carob trees and views of the sea. The clubhouse is a high standard offering an extensive menu. Peak rate green fees are about £60 including a shared buggy.
