Villa Pyrinas is a fully renovated, modern 3 bedroom villa with 8x4m private pool in private outside terrace that enjoys beautiful views of the golf club and driving range – a golfer’s paradise.

Bedrooms: one double bedroom (adjacent with walk-in shower) on the ground floor, two other bedrooms (one double and one twin) located on first floor, sharing bathroom (with bath & overhead shower) and balcony.

Full Villa Description:
Villa Pyrinas enjoys a golfer’s paradise location on the Resort; open the outside terrace gate and you can hop on to the putting green! The terrace and interiors have recently been fully renovated giving the villa a fresh, modern feel throughout. The villa boasts a lovely private 8x4m pool (with heating available), has a built-in BBQ area (with gas BBQ) with bar & stools, sunbeds, a day bed, outside shower and dining table and chairs. Inside, the ground floor is open plan with the kitchen overlooking the dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted, complete with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and a huge flat screen smart TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The décor is modern and stylish, with feature walls and beautiful touches throughout. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor that has patio doors that open out to the pool terrace – it has use of the ground floor bathroom which has a lovely walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double, and one twin – that can be configured as a double if required), that share a balcony that has beautiful golf views, and a bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower. The double room upstairs has a Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix. Villa Pyrinas is air-conditioned throughout, has electric heaters for added comfort in winter, and has free, reliable wi-fi.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

We offer a meet & greet service for all of our guests; we will meet you on arrival, give you a brief tour of the apartment and hand over the keys, ensuring that you can enjoy your time in your holiday home knowing what you need to know about it the moment you arrive.
Guests have full access to pay to use all the facilities on Aphrodite Hills (with the exception of the kids' club).

Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!

Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
