The property is located 650 m supermarket, 850 m sand beach, 16 km golf course "Peralada", 20 km train station "Ave/Tgv Figueres", 65 km airport "Girona" and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and in a suburb. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: outdoor furniture, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, garage and parking in the same building, TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, French). The open plan kitchen, of hotplate of glass ceramics, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
