The owner lives upstairs and you have the entire ground floor, the pool area and patio on both sides. Enjoy the morning sun or a magical sunset from the garden patio. From here you are close to the beautiful town of Ängelholm and all the attractions on the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. The entrance to the house is from the pool area and you enter a spacious living room and open kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a dining table. The living room area has a large and comfortable sofa group. There is also a smart TV and free wifi. If you stay here during the slightly cooler season, there is a warming wood-burning stove. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. You can wake up to the morning sun and a fantastic view of the open landscape. In the spacious entrance there is a single bed. The bathroom is generous with both a bathtub and shower as well as a washing machine and dryer. The lovely pool area has everything you need for swimming and sunbathing. On the other side of the house there is also a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbeque. The owner lives upstairs and has his own entrance and patio on the gable of the house. If you choose to rent bed linen, towels are also included. There is a good, safe cycle path into Ängelholm, with the cycle path separated from car traffic.Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. In the city center you can stroll for a long time and shop without stress in a cozy environment. If you get tired in your legs, you can take the opportunity to take a break at one of the city's cozy cafes and restaurants. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park contains a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, rest areas and eating areas. In the summer, the outdoor stage attracts, with seating and entertainment. The park has a good restaurant and a well-visited "ice cream café". Heaths, beech forests, cliffs, fields, bogs and meadows - Hallandsåsen offers a diversity of nature and exciting cultural monuments. North along the coast from Skälderviken and Vejbystrand there are several picturesque small ports and then the attractions of the entire Bjäre peninsula. South you reach the entire Kulla peninsula. For those interested in fishing, there is a varied sport fishing in Rönne å, Vege å and Västersjön. A fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Ängelholm's fine golf club.
