Folly View in Cambrose near Illogan, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Folly View, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and breakfast bar seating, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower and two twins. There is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front garden with patio, lawn, furniture, sun loungers, and charcoal barbecue, plus a storage shed for bikes and off-road parking for four cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 1 mile, river 0.9 miles. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Folly View. NOTE: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP
