This is a large and comfortable apartment located in Cianderies, a beautiful area just few minutes from Cortina city centre.

The Space:
This is a very stylish property, located in a building that used to be an old mill.
It's the ground floor unit, with a fancy outdoor area and garden that lie next to the Bigontina Torrent, making it a fascinating and unique scenario.
The flat measures around 1700 sq/ft, and features very elegant finishes and furniture.
Dedicated dining area with table that can sit up to 8 people.
Modern and well equipped kitchen.
The flat is on two levels. Rooms as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living area, dining area, kitchen
- Access to patio and garden
- Master bedroom with king size bed
- Second bedroom with bunk beds plus one single bed
- Two bathrooms
On the lower ground floor:
- TV room/seating area
- Kids space
Separated from the main apartment, with a dedicated private access there is a third bedroom that contains washer/dryer and two additional beds.
This can be the maid room or eventually used for children/boys.
En-suite bathroom is available in this room as well.
Free Wi-Fi available in every area.
Private car park available just outside the entrance door.
