Summary:
This traditional 3 bed 2 Bath villa with communal pool is located in Los Almendros, in between La Florida and Pau 8- Villamartin. It is close to Dream Hills and Pau 8. Local bars and restaurants are only a 10-20 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away. There are 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and many blue flagged beaches in the surrounding area too..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the property into the large living room with a feature fireplace. The living room has 2 sofas, a smart TV and a large coffee table. Off the living room to the left you have the downstairs bathroom.
Past the living room to the back of the property you have the dining room with a 6 person dinner table and the kitchen. The kitchen then leads out in to the back private terrace area with a table and chairs perfect for dining Al fresco or relaxing in the fresh air.
You venture upstairs from the living room where the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom are located. The master bedroom is a lovely hexagonal shape and is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and bedside cabinet. it also boasts its own private balcony which overlooks the front of the property. The second bedroom also has a small double bed, built in wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The third bedroom has twin single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The family bathroom is at the end of the hallway and has a sink, toilet, bidet and a bath with overhead shower. The living room and the master bedroom both have Air-conditioning.
The front of the property has a private parking space and a covered seating area with as a 4 person table and chairs.
