Separate family and living rooms, and 16 feet of glass sliders overlooking patio and heated pool. 3 bedrooms in main house plus private bed, bath and kitchenette in guest cabana. Meticulously decorated and stocked for you and your guests. Linens, towels, bikes, pool toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided. Bike to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Community also has river access via sister community across the street for kayak launches. Great location for day trips to Orlando theme parks, Cape Canaveral and Palm Beach. Small pets subject to owner approval. Non smoking. (Please note 1 month rental minimum).
