Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood – with a large yard! This home has beautiful and comfortable décor to meet all your needs and wishes. Great home for large families & friends with lots of space, many activities, and the Atlantic Ocean sandy beaches nearby. Dog friendly.

The space
The home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining & living area, three comfortable bedrooms, family room area, and two full baths. Washer & Dryer are in the garage. Screened in porch for relaxing. Board games and books. Patio furniture for outdoor fun. Enjoy the fire pit in the large private yard.

My husband and I started this vacation rental business because we love to travel and spend time with friends and families. We have two properties in Florida- a condo on Hutchinson Island South and this single family home in Vero Beach. And several vacation rentals in Northern Michigan. We use our properties for quick get-aways and longer vacations. It is very special for us as a family. Vacations give us an opportunity to reconnect and bond which is essential with all of our lives being so busy.

Why they chose this property

As parents of 3 adult sons, we wanted something that appealed to all ages. We also wanted a variety of activities, lots of great dining places, and beautiful sandy beaches. These wonderful locations checked all the boxes for us

This is a perfect get away spot. It has all the things that you need to relax and entertain. Plus close to everything that Vero Beach area has to offer. A cozy and relaxing home with all the details taken care of.
