Stay connected with high-speed fibre internet, and unwind with your favourite shows on the Smart TV, complete with Netflix and other streaming services. For your convenience, the home also includes an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.

A33 (into the city centre and docks) – 5 mins

✈️ From Southampton Airport:
Take a direct train from Southampton Airport Parkway Station to Southampton Central Station (approx. 7 minutes).
From there, it’s just a short walk to the property.
🚖 Taxi / Uber:
Taxis are available from outside Southampton Central Station.
The journey to Newcombe House takes around 2 minutes by car or 5–7 minutes on foot.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver.
Additional guests over 4 maybe charged at an additional rate per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but are subject to availability and not guaranteed. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
